Our company Cleaning Time is based in Stamford. we are approved contractors of SmartSeal However we cover the whole of Lincolnshire. Specialised in Pressure Wash Cleaning and Soft wash Cleaning, we use both systems depending upon the type of floor and certain circumstances. How Long Does The Job Take To Complete?

This all depends on the size of the area and also the condition of the driveway or patio. Some jobs can be completed in just 1 day, depending on whether we have to Re-sand and/or Re-seal. This will take longer then one day due to the fact the area has to be allowed  to fully dry before we can apply the sealer or sand.

How Long Should It Look Great for?

To have it permanently looking amazing we advise and encourage our clients to have their driveway/patio cleaned at least once a year.

What Equipment Do We Use To Achieve Such Results?

We only use the very best, top of the market tools and pressure washers. Our main pressure washer is a 20hp, 3600psi. Our 18 inches in diameter rotary cleaners are connected to the machine. These tools are brilliant, they have three jets inside, as well as a nylon brush skirt around the edge. This produces a lot less splash back and mess against and around the property. The results are amazing!!
